Article Snippet: The 6xHis-MBP tag was PCR-amplified from pDZ2087 construct (Addgene, #92414) with primers MBP F and MBP R. Full-length 6xHis-MBP was cloned into pET28a backbone with Xba I and Eco RI restriction sites. mGFP-FUS-TIS-Strep-tag II was PCR-amplified from pcDNA-mGFP-FUS-TIS construct with primers mGFP F and TIS RBD-Strep-tag R. The Strep-tag II sequence was incorporated into primer TIS RBD-Strep-tag R. Full-length mGFP-FUS-TIS-Strep-tag II was cloned into pET28a-6xHis-MBP backbone with Nhe I and Eco RI restriction sites.
